I thrive from getting results with my clients, and I love watching them grow in strength and confidence. I like to incorporate different styles of training but specialise in weight training at our private studio, building bodies and getting our clients strong.
Fitness has always been really important to me, not just for my physical health but also for my mental wellbeing. In 2006 I left my hectic career in the City to pursue my passion for fitness.
I work with clients of all ages & abilities and I'm always excited to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Viv has a thought-out training plan for each session which means every week is different from the one before, keeping things interesting and fun.
Now that the wedding is over, we are continuing to train because we have enjoyed it so much!
I’ve always found the gym boring. I have great intentions when I start then end up quitting. Working with Jodie has given me a real boost. How wrong was I, I had some specific needs that I needed someone who understood the problem to take on and Jodie did that perfectly, super knowledgable and personal made me relax from session 1 and I have not looked back, I have never been this motivated to exercise and eat well and often tell Jodie it's like therapy as well as a workout. I couldn't imagine working out without Jodie by my side now.

Jodie gives you all of these and so much more. She knows just the right way to encourage and push you to achieve your best in a way that is enjoyable and empowering. I've trained with Viv for over ten years now and my weekly sessions have become an integral part of my day to day life.
Viv pushes me and keeps our sessions varied with a mix of cardio and strength work and a wide range of different techniques and combinations, so it's never repetitive. She has enabled me to build my strength and I continue to see progress in my fitness.

We are able to offer fitness training at home within certain Sidcup/Bexley/Chislehurst areas - these are dependant on exact location and trainer availability. Contact us for prices and details.
Ideal for those clients that need direction, structure and accountability in their training and nutrition to get the results they have been looking for with their body, health and fitness. We set programmes, give cardio targets and nutritional goals. See our separate page for more details.
Cancellation Policy : We ask that clients give 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session, after this time we reserve the right to charge in full for the missed session. Please ensure payments are made at least 24 hours prior to session.
