A variety of sessions including Tabata (hiit bodyweight intervals), Kettlebells and Bodyblast using a mix of dumbbells and kettlebells for a total body workout.
Work alongside Viv online in these short, effective sessions.

Boxercise is a fantastic, stress busting workout using pads and gloves. Designed to improve cardio fitness and stamina as well as hand-eye co-ordination and balance. This session has the added feel good factor that comes with training outside in the fresh air!

Pilates is a great low impact workout aimed at increasing mobility and strength in the major muscle groups with a focus on the deep muscles of the core. It improves posture, flexibility, balance and body awareness.
