As well as our in-person training, JDV now also offer Online Coaching. This is ideal for clients who want to get into exercise and improve their nutrition. Maybe you have a gym membership but are a little intimidated to step inside the gym environment, or you’re just not sure what weights to use and which training programme to follow. We will explain this and provide you with tailored programmes to suit you, your body, and your goals. Or, if you prefer to exercise at home, we can set personalised, comprehensive home training plans for you to follow.
We can you help with your nutrition by adjusting your current eating habits, increasing your ability to reach your body goals, whilst still fitting in with your lifestyle - no strict dieting or restrictions here!
Our Online Coaching will help you to overcome your barriers to exercise, change your habits, and show you the processes you need to finally get the results that you have always desired.
· 5 personalised training programmes– Updated every 6 weeks to help you reach your goals, whether fat loss, muscle building, lifestyle or rebuilding your body after childbirth.
· Weekly email check-ins, video calls, text messaging and responses within hours from our highly qualified coaches to monitor your progress.
· Personalised nutritional advice to fit in with your lifestyle and help you reach your goals.
· Focussed coaching to get you results as quickly as possible, tracking your strength and fitness progress with our personalised online training programmes, and body goals with measurements and progress photos.
· Private Facebook group with other Online Coaching clients with questions answered by your coaches.
· Suitable for beginners as well as those more experienced with fitness training. We will work with you one-on-one to teach you and progress you to achieve your fitness goals.·
· Cost: £200 per month / 3 months upfront for £500
